Install new double hollow metal egress door, frame and hardware. - Repair and seal wall penetrations from new electrical and HVAC work to match existing brick veneer to best extent possible. ----- LEVEL II INTERIOR ALTERATIONS ------- - Interior work includes: CAT -I Non-Structural Demolition of select metal stud partitions with drywall and interior chain link enclosures on 1st Floor only per plans. - Install new interior partition walls per plan using 3-5/8" metal studs @ 16" OC with 5/8" GWB typical both sides. - Furr out existing 12" CMU perimeter walls with 3-5/8" metals studs with 5/8" GWB one side. Install R-13 Batt Insulation at affected exterior walls. - Form and pour new 3,500 PSI interior concrete ramp over existing concrete floor to provide ADA access to both sides of building interior. - Install four (4) new interior 3680 flush hollow metal doors with knock down frames; install three (3) new 3680 single lite wood doors with knock down frames; two (2) new double 7280 single lite wood doors with knock down metal frames. Install all new door hardware including egress hardware per code for new and existing doors to remain. ---- Trades ------ - new electrical and HVAC work as per plans and as per code. No work at 2nd Floor, No change of use as per BMZAPL-25-0075.
