MECHANICAL (HVAC): - (3) complete HVAC distribution systems, including ductwork, registers, grilles, and associated equipment. - (1) 40,000 BTU high efficiency gas furnace with approximately 2-ton air conditioning system. - (2) 72,000 BTU high efficiency gas furnaces with approximately 2.5-ton air conditioning systems. - (4) bathroom exhaust fans rated at 50 cfm. - Installation of all associated condensate drainage, refrigerant piping, ventilation, combustion air, and mechanical components required for complete operation of the HVAC systems.
