Replace all 1st floor, 2nd floor & basement windows (total 12) with same sizes and in same locations. At first floor front, 1st floor rear & basement entries, replace entry doors with same sized doors and in same locations. At 2nd floor rear exterior wall, install vinyl siding (16' x 10'), At rear 1st floor entry, install new P/T wood deck as per attached drawings and per code (14' x 8' = 112 sq. ft.). At rear yard, replace entire existing concrete patio close to house & one 4' x 6' block of walk in existing location and configuration (16' x 8' & 4' x 6' = 152 sq. ft.). Interior Work At 1st & 2nd floors, remove all baseboard, doors, window & door trim. At 1st & 2nd floor front and rear exterior walls, install 1/2" drywall over existing plaster. Install R-49 insulation at 2nd floor ceiling. At 1st & 2nd floors, install 1/2" drywall over existing plaster ceilings. All interior walls to remain, patch walls as needed. At 1st & 2nd floor windows, install drywall returns at sides & heads, 1x sills & colonial aprons (total 10). Install 10 pre-hung interior doors. Install 30 lf of baseboard at 1st & 2nd floors. At 1st floor, install 3/4" pre-finished hardwood T&G flooring. At steps to 2nd floor & entire 2nd floor except bath, install wall to wall carpet. Prep, prime and paint all 1st & 2nd floor walls, ceilings and trim. At 2nd floor bathroom, remove fixtures, floor & wall finishes and install 1/2" MR drywall over all wall framing. Install cement board at tub area and ceramic tile 5' above tub edge at three sides and ceramic tile at floor. Approved For Work only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
