Install (¾") OSB roof sheathing to overhang framing 4. Install (½") exterior plywood, house wrap and new vinyl siding on left & right sides of overhang. 5. Install new (1"x 8") white prime trim and facia boards on roof overhang. 6. Install new vinyl vented soffits on front, right & left sides of new overhang 7. Install new architectural shingle roofing system, gutter & downspout on new overhang. Install Rear Privacy Fencing: 1. Dig, Grind and Remove ALL tree stumps, branches and active limbs at areas for new fence posts to be installed. 2. Construct new (6'h x 142' long) P.T. Dog Ear plank wood fence, (1) - (36" w x 6'h) entry gate w/ hardware, w/ (4"x 4" post, 12" min. footing) supports into (30"deep below grade) concrete footings. GYPSUM WALL BOARD: Repair GWB Walls & Ceiling 1. Install, Finish & Paint sections of missing GWB removed during electrical wiring and overhang ledger board installation. Windows: 1. Remove existing & Install (5) Double Hung, White, (½) screen vinyl windows/ LOW-E glass. 2. Wrap & caulk exterior existing frames with aluminum core stock. Approved For Work only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Separate permit will be required for mechanical, and plumbing work. As per code.
