Refrigerator Exterior & Site Work o Remove trees growing at the foundation on the side of the house (tree removal only; no trimming-only scope). o Replace rake boards at roof line and wrap with aluminum flashing. o Remove and replace vinyl siding at front and side with like material. o Provide an allowance for replacement of water-damaged sheathing discovered during siding removal and repair. o Replace basement window at side wall with a new unit of similar size and style. as per code as per plans.
