At rear yard, replace existing concrete patio with same size patio in same location as per code (16' x 30" = 480 sq. ft. $8,640). Install 6' ht P/T stockade fence in 8' sections on 4x4 posts, min 12" diameter footing, min. 12" below grade. (76 lf. $4,500). At rear 1st floor entry, install 4x4 P/T wood entry platform with steps to grade as per drawing & per code (16 sq. ft. plus steps $1,525).
