In basement - Prepare wall surfaces and install waterproof paneling that is at least 1/8" thick with all required molding per manufacturer's instructions. Rear kitchen door - Install a new pre-hung flush 1-3/4" solid core wood door unit including jamb, casing, hinges, striker plate, threshold and weatherstripping. Electrician shall inspect electrical distribution to each room within the dwelling for code compliance. Install 10 vinyl, double hung, double glazed, one-over-one, low /e window and jamb complete with screen and all required hardware. In kitchen - Install new 12-mil or thicker 100% 12" x 12" no wax vinyl floor tiles to underlayment approx. 120 sq ft.
