Existing unpainted historic brick shall remain unpainted. - * Install approved mailbox through mortar joints rather than historic brick. * Historic wood repairs or replacements shall be completed in-kind to match existing material, profile, and detailing. * All exterior work shall comply with the approved Baltimore City CHAP Authorization to Proceed (ATP) and submitted plans/specifications.
