Twelve (12) panel antennas, twelve (12) wall-mounted remote radio heads ("RRHs") and three (3) wall-mounted surge arrestors (four (4) antennas, four (4) RRHs and one surge arrestor in the southwest corner of the Building's 5th floor, and eight (8) antennas, eight (8) RRHs and two (2) surge arrestors in the southern corner of the Building's 5th floor), all to be stealth mounted behind "RF-friendly" glass at a centerline elevation of 50'+ above ground level; 2. Two (2) equipment cabinets in the southern corner of the Building's 5th floor; 3. One 30-kW natural gas-fired back-up generator and booster on the Building's rooftop adjacent to T-Mobile's existing diesel-fired back-up generator; and 4. Overhead power, telco, natural gas and ground conduits running from the antennas and associated equipment to vertical conduits in an existing utility chase that runs to the Building's basement (Verizon's utility meter is proposed to be located in the Building's existing basement electrical room, and its natural gas meter is proposed to be located with the existing natural gas meters already in the basement). The equipment to be located on the Building's 5th floor will be enclosed by 8' tall chain link fence, and the back-up generator and booster on the Building's roof will be enclosed on three sides by an existing 41"+ tall by 12"+ wide concrete wall and the fourth by an existing guardrail.
