Seal siding-to-soffit trim joint at the rear second-floor window bump-out, Install drip edge flashing. (Ref. 7 Sheet # A-1) ? Strip in or Replace failed EPDM membrane perimeter flashing. Replace with selfadhered elasto-form EPDM flashing. ? Remove and Replace all vinyl siding at both rising cheek walls and rear wall surrounding asphalt roof.
