The Parkway Gas Station is a very busy place 7 days a week and even late into the evening. Because of continuous traffic, there are many people, cars, trucks and a lot of noise. Without a tall fence, we would have absolutely no privacy; consequently, we would feel insecure and exposed. Also the view from our property towards the gas station is very unpleasant. On the North and South sides of our property, we will replace the existing wooden fence with a similar 6 ft. white vinyl fence.
