Standard installation. -Install all bath cabinetry,toilet and all accessories. -Paint all drywall and woodwork. -Provide necessary electrical service for lighting and GFCI outlet. Specifications:Kitchen -Remove and dispose of all existing cabinetry and counters. -Save disposal. -Remove all Existing drywall and framing for the front closet area. -Save existing ceiling -Remove and dispose of the existing appliances. -Provide and install recessed lights throughout kitchen. Amount to be determined. Supplied by owner. -Install convenience outlets and switching at ductwork area to left side of sink area. We will build a partition for these next to the ductwork location. -meet with kitchen designers and installers as needed for install. -Provide and install 1/2" drywall as needed throughout kitchen. Tape and mud to a smooth finish. -Temporarily support loft area. -Relocate library ladder to left side of loft. -Frame and drywall as needed to extend the loft. -Existing electrical circuits within kitchen will remain. -If required, a outlet will be installed on outer edge of counter. ( building inspector to determine.) -Floor patching will be done with flooring removed from closet. -Paint kitchen ceiling and walls. -Install kitchen faucet, dishwasher, refrigerator,ice maker,stove/microwave. -Oversee installation of all cabinetry and counters. Bedroom door: Hang the existing bathroom door using owner supplied hardware at master location. Remove existing old door track and patch brick.
