Once permit is approved, will schedule an inspection consultation to finalize project scope. REVISION 11/14/25 - Partial house rewire. Replaced the existing aluminum wiring on the east side of the home, including three upstairs bedrooms, the stairway between the main floor and second floor, the connected upstairs and main-floor bathrooms, the entryway, east living room, dining room, and kitchen. The west side of the home (including the kitchen circuits, main living room, basement, upstairs master bedroom, garage, and exterior circuits) already had copper wiring and was not changed. Added one new dedicated microwave circuit. installed a new 125-amp subpanel next to the existing main panel to supply the newly rewired circuits; the main panel itself and the service equipment were not modified. Installed two new ground rods and connected them to the grounding system inside the main panel. Added a Type 2 whole home surge protector in the main panel. All work performed according to the 2023 National Electrical Code and City of Boulder requirements.
