Supply and install 1 new Honeywell zone system in same location as old one. 2 Wi-Fi thermostats will be located in mechanical room and connected to 2 new zone sensors. We will reconnect to the existing wiring currently there. Supply and install 1 new Aprilaire 16x25 media filter between furnace and furnace box. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
