Remove existing 267 sqrs EPDM Ballasted Roof. Reuse 6" EPS Insulation Add 3 layers 5/8" SecureRock Cover Board, screwed to deck. Install new.060 mil EPDM Membrane over cover board, up and over walls. Install new 24ga coping cap over parapet walls.
