Installation of a new doorway on the south wall to allow access to the building from new concrete ramp. At the bottom of the new ramp, a 25' by 30' concrete pad will be poured to facilitate the unloading of flatbed trailers by fork truck. Same weight design constraints as the ramp will be used. Ensure that pad doesn't impact current stormwater drainage systems and is properly slopped for drainage of the parking lot.
