Foundation walls and porch foundation shall be painted or covered with slurry; exposed concrete blocks shall not be allowed. Paint color of the foundation walls shall be different than the paint color of the main body/siding of the structure. 5. The middle porch column shall be centered between the other two porch columns. 6. Porch columns shall be painted with opaque paint; timber appearance or wood stain shall not be allowed. 7. Any change or deviation from the approved Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) shall be submitted to the Memphis Landmarks Commission for review and approval.
