# Solar permit RES-ALT-25-001401 at 1429 Sutton Meadow Ln, Memphis

Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development permit RES-ALT-25-001401: issued Sep 22, 2025 for solar work at 1429 Sutton Meadow Ln. I had Solar Panel installed at my home in 2022. However, the installation company did not complete the job and inspection failed in December 2022 (without my knowledge) according to MLGW. I have tried to get details on the progress of the installation since 2022. The company gave me the run around and I have yet to use my panels, however, I am paying a monthly fee for them. I was notified by MLGW in August 2025 that the installation company, Design 1, has gone out of business and that I would need to get the solar panels re-inspected and up to code before I can turn them on. I have hired Haley Electric to complete the remaining work to pass code inspection and now they need an updated Building Permit to complete the inspection process because the building permit pulled in 2022 has expired. Please help me to complete this project.
