Cabinetry & Countertops • Supply and install new kitchen cabinetry (style, finish, and layout per approved design) including base, wall, and any island cabinets. • Supply and install new countertops (kitchen, bar, and island — cost per Section 4 breakdown) with standard edge profile, including sink cutout and backsplash prep. • Install cabinet hardware, toe-kicks, and trim per design. Custom Tile • Supply and install custom tile backsplash per Customer-selected pattern/material. • Supply and install new kitchen floor tile, matched/coordinated with overall design intent. Mill work • Supply and install all new baseboard, trim and casing for the kitchen area as needed. • Current kitchen door will be removed and kept for customers, case open is to be installed and widened as much as possible. Appliances (Customer-Supplied) • Install Customer-supplied appliances, including gas range/stove, range hood/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and disposal. • Make final connections (electrical, gas, water, venting) for all Customer-supplied appliances; verify proper operation.
