Effective monday august 2nd, 2004 (1) all after-hours construction ingress and egress shall be by the road east of the park. (2) All normal hours construction ingress and egress shall be by the road east of the permanent plant entrance. (3) After hours work shall be for concrete placement only. All other work during normal hours.(4) trucks shall not use engine breaking for normal deceleration either on the site or on brown rd (5) concrete placement activity shall start no earlier than 3 am. Five days each week. Monday morning, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and friday mornings. (6) Warm-ups of equipment shall occur as far from residences as reasonably possible. (7) Truck arrivals shall be spaced to prevent stacking near the concrete placement area. (8) Concrete placement shall be by crane and bucket. Noise producing activity associated with concrete placement shall be done below grade as much as practicable. (9) Contractor shall maintain communication with neighbors and provide on-site contact person during all after-hours activity. (10) Contractor shall report any complaints received and steps taken to mitigate to building safety. Those steps shall become a condition of the permit. (11) Temporary lighting shall be positioned away from residences. (12) Truck traffic shall be routed to limit backing as much as possible. (13) Sound readings shall be taken and tracked at the property line prior to activity to establish the early morning ambient noise level and during the first week of construction activity as directed by bsd. Deputy building safety director shall be present during the first night of activity to witness the sound readings and observe noise/light mitigation activites. (14) Permit can be canceled if reasonable complaints are not eliminated.
