Install 2 grease interceptors (1- 1,050 gallon & 1-4,500 gallon), grease waste piping, new water supply line to building. Electrical includes 4 new SES's; two 2,500 amp, one 2,000 amp & one 1,600 amp. Minimal work occurs in grocery store shell area. Occupancy for all spaces by future separte permits. Existing 3-inch water meter to remain. Install new 2-inch domestic meter. Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: TYPE 1 HOOD SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE SPRINKLERS. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.
