The annual Building Permit for the haunted house will require plan review and field inspection of the egress system and fire alarm provisions covering special amusement buildings. Tcc zoning allows museum/commercial recreation establishments provided all activities are conducted inside the building. Any outdoor activities or facilities at any time will require approval of a special use permit through the board of adjustment, and a special event license.
