Construct a 17 SQ fr storage room on slab under the same roof as the AZ room. 2. Park model modifications: remove existing door from park model. Provide opening. **Contractor to provide stamped structural drawings on site for any structural modification to park model.** 3. Other accessory structures: raised deck with stairs at front. No other accessory structures. Parking: min (1) 9' x 18' unobstructed paved parking space is required behind front setback. Site information: 47' deep x 34'-6" wide interior lot on corner. Min setbacks: 3' front, 3' sides. 6' Separation is required between structures at rear. In this case 4' separation is provided with one-hour construction. Approved as noted. As part of this program receiving a permit does not mean that the plans submitted will be the final as-builts. The inspector will work with you to complete the project within the constraints of the building code, city ordinances and park agreements. The first inspection should be a miscellaneous inspection to go over the project and to verify field conditions. The construction material should be purchased after the miscellaneous inspection. All other inspections will be conducted as normal as per the attached inspection checklist and standard building codes.
