Additional approval with stipulations includes a latching device not less than 54” above the floor. Emergency escape windows may have an alarm or a latching device not less that 54” above the floor. Homeowner shall not change or modify the barrier in any way without approval of the building official. Homeowners shall inform future owner of the conditions of this code modification. Ref: pool permit pmt21-05404. These plans shall conform to the requirements of 2018 ispsc and the mesa residential code with all city of mesa amendments.
