Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work outside of this timeframe requires an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. Applicant shall notify all residence within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. 6. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. Request to start work at 4:00AM for Worker Safety from Aug 1 – Sept 30.
