Mesa Development Services permit PMT24-14932: opened Aug 17, 2024 for electrical work at 6054 S Chatham. Add two new circuits to main breaker panel. One for an above ground spa and one for a dedicated service circuit. All electrical to comply with 2017 nec requirements. Pvc 1.25" conduit run from spa disconnect panel to back corner of spa (approximately 22') with liquid light connections to spa internal wiring. Pvc 1.25" conduit to be buried at 6" depth below surface grade. Electrical wire will be thwn #4 awg for hot (1 black, one red) and neutral (white) feeds with #6 ground (green). Hot wires will be installed one to each pole, neutral wire to neutral bus bar, and ground to ground bus bar. Service circuit: add to main breaker panel 1 @ 1 pole 20-amp gfci circuit breaker. Add 1 @ 20-amp outlet in water resistant housing to block wall approximately 95' to the rear of property. Outlet to be 24" above surface grade. Electrical wire to share pvc conduit with spa disconnect circuit as described above. All connections to be liquid light. Electrical wire will be thwn #12 awg for hot (black), neutral (white), and ground (green).
