Any alterations or changes will require submitting plans before any restoration can begin. During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged and will need replacing and/or repairing. Electrical sustained minor damage Electricity may be restored once a letter from electrician is received stating that it is safe to re-energize. Letter must include ROC#, name of company on letterhead, owners signature, and state clearly that the unit is safe to re-energize. Mechanical equipment/ducts sustained minor damage. Will need to clean/repair ductwork Plumbing does not appear to be damaged Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced.
