Will need to clean/repair ductwork Plumbing does not appear to be damaged, however it will need to be inspected during frame inspection to ensure it is working properly Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A. Building is: Residential B. Please note that if a repair permit is not obtained for the structure the City of Mesa may disconnect power. Natural gas service can only be restored after a gas test has been approved by the building inspector.
