Mesa Development Services permit PMT25-21201: opened Nov 17, 2025 for alteration or repair work at 6827 E Verona Ave. The Town of Gilbert is starting construction on the Phase II improvements to Desert Sky Park on Power Road @ Verona St. The Improvements are limited to Town of Gilbert ROW (West side of Power Road), however there will be some improvements to the existing intersection @ Power & Verona, all on the Town of Gilbert side, and also at the new entry being built just North of that existing intersection. We contacted Demian Thomas with City of Mesa and Demian instructed our team to submit the attached set of drawings to a permit application within this Dimes Portal to initiate a formal review. Our team is looking for any and all comments, questions, and/or concerns from the City of Mesa with regard to these improvements so we can be sure to address in the design prior to starting construction.
