Electrical was damaged and will need to replace all wiring, including unit panel and devices throughout per 2017 NEC/2018 IRC or 2018 IBC. Mechanical equipment was damaged, and all mechanical components will need replacing. Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A.
