Any deviation will require submitting and addenda to the plans before any restoration/construction can resume and will result in a Stop Work Order. Structural members were damaged by and will need stamped engineering. Electrical sustained damage to several home runs, panel may not need to be replaced unless it can?t accommodate the requirements needed to comply with 2018 IRC/IBC and/or 2017 NEC. All damaged wires must be replaced per 2017 NEC/2018 IRC. Mechanical equipment was damaged, and all mechanical components will need replacing. Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced.
