Any alterations or changes will require submitting plans before any restoration can begin. During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged and will need replacing and/or repairing. Electrical sustained minor damage Replace damaged wire per 2017 NEC Mechanical equipment/ducts sustained minor damage. Will need to clean/repair ductwork Plumbing does not appear to be damaged Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A. Building is: Commercial B.
