During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members have been damaged by and will need an engineers observation asletter. Electrical sustained damage to several home runs panel need to be replaced All damaged wires must be replaced per 2023 NEC/2024 IRC. Mechanical equipment/ducts sustained minor damage. Will need to clean/repair ductwork Plumbing does not appear to be damaged Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced.
