Electrical sustained damage to several home runs Mechanical equipment was damaged Plumbing does not appear to be damaged, however it will need to be inspected during frame inspection to ensure it is working properly. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A.
