Temp electric can be issued during construction, however the City of Mesa reserves the right to disconnect power if time between inspections go beyond 90 days or work is being done without a permit. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A.
