During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged by and will need stamped engineering. Electrical sustained damage to several home runs, panel may not need to be replaced unless it can?t accommodate the requirements needed to comply with 2018 IRC/IBC and/or 2017 NEC. Mechanical equipment/ducts sustained minor damage. Will need to clean/repair ductwork Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A. Contractor responsible for lock out tag out and any damages resulting from the power being turned on. Failure to obtain a full permit in 30 days may result in the removal of power. Natural gas service can only be restored after a gas test has been approved by the building inspector.
