Fixtures and wiring shall be painted to match adjacent surface.All inoperable wiring shall be removed, and new/remaining wiring shall be installed in a discreet conduit painted to match adjacent building surface. Remove all satellite dishes. Repair mounted surfaces per VCC Design Guidelines All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. NOTE: This permit does NOT include items requiring Arch.
