From branch box, run three line sets across basement to northeast corner of house, following joist bay. Install (1) mini-split wall head in basement and then run two line sets upstairs using the old penetrations from the radiator piping. Install (1) mini-split wall head in first floor along brick wall. Install (1) mini-split wall head in NE bedroom. The remaining two line sets will need to be run to the northwest corner of house through the basement joists. Then using the old penetration of the radiator piping, run both linesets up to the second floor and install (1) mini-split wall head in each of the two remaining bedrooms. The piping will be installed on the interior of the house. The homeowner plans to build soffits to conceal the piping. We will not run any exterior line sets in line hide due to the building's historical designation.
