This revision represents an interim, minimum-impact solution intended to serve the public until the ultimate roadway, sidewalk, and accessibility improvements are constructed as part of the City's future Puyallup Avenue corridor capital improvement project. The revised design maintains pedestrian accessibility, improves compliance with current ADA requirements, and minimizes additional construction beyond that necessary to replace the storm drainage infrastructure.
