Replacement of (2) existing 1,500 MBH condensing boilers with (2) 2,000 MBH condensing boilers.2. Addition of primary hot water pumps.3. Replacement of existing secondary hot water pump and addition of another secondary hot water pump for redundancy. 4. Replacement of existing hot water expansion tank.5. Replacement of existing hot water air separator.6. Replacement of hot water chemical feeder.7. Replacement of existing chilled water and hot water makeup water stations. 8. Replacement of existing chilled water piping insulation and jacket within boiler room.9. Clean existing boiler room floor.10. Replacement of all existing BAS controllers, including VAV controllers, and existing JACE. All existing BAS controllers and existing JACE will be turned over to WCPSS. New enclosures will be provided for new BAS controllers and JACE. New enclosures are not required for new VAV controllers. 11. Provide BAS network communication bus throughout building.12. Replacement of all existing BAS space temperature sensors.13. Dampers and end devices are existing to remain. Replacement of control valves will be determined by deficiency list produced by controls contractor during construction. 14. Replacement of existing chilled water and hot water differential pressure transmitters.15. Modify/provide new electrical power to support HVAC upgrades.16. Provide new CO detector in boiler room, served from existing fire alarm system. Project is in City of Raleigh's jurisdiction.
