Remove plywood subfloor in attic as needed where new attic room and closet will be to allow spray foam insulation. Move hvac distribution box and move supply vents. Remove exisitng attic stair unit. Remove materials & framing as needed to reframe existing attic stair opening for new spiral staircase. Install materials & framing for temporary staircase to attic. Install materials & framing as needed build up floor joist to make attic floor level. Install materials & framing to build 5' knee walls. Install materials & framing for new attic room & closet. Install materials & framing around arched window. Install 4 new flush mount lights. To be installed on a new switch. Install 1 new flush mount light in attic closet. Install 12 receptacles in attic room. Locations to be verified on site. Install 1 new 15 amp circuit & wiring for new lighting in attic. install 1 new 20 amp circuit & wiring for receptacles. Move 5 hvac supply vents. Install 2 hvac supply vents in newattic room. Location to be verified on site. Install new 14 x 20 return in new attic room. Location to be verified on site. Install open cell spray foam insulation in floor, walls and ceiling of new attic room. Spray foam to be installed directly on sheathing between studs.
