A lattice fence will start at the west corner of the TH & will continue 95 feet South to the end of the lot 0125 yard and continue 5 feet to the end of lot 126 and be attached to 325 G St rear brick facade. 6 x 6 pressure-treated posts will be installed approx 7.5 feet on center and embedded 42 inches below grade in concrete footings. The concrete footing will be 4000 psi concrete, 16 inches in diameter x 42-inch deep concrete footings. Bell-shaped footing at the base will be used if soil conditions warrant. Crowned concrete finish may be used to shed water away from posts. Double 2 x 6 pressure-treated top rails & bottom rails with 1 continuous 2 x 6 intermediate rails will be through-bolted to the posts with 1/2 inch hot dipped galvanized carriage bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Stainless steel hardware may be substituted. The lattice panels will be premium heavy-duty clear western red cedar lattice with 1.5-2 inch diamond/square openings. Each panel will be surrounded by a cedar frame. Cedar trim boards and a continuous Cedar cap rail and cedar finish molding will be used to conceal the 316 stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized structural screws. Simpson Strong-Tie galvanized brackets/stainless steel will be used where concealed reinforcement is desired for fasteners. Exterior -grade construction adhesive will be used where appropriate. Solid cedar pyramid post caps will be sealed on all sides before installation. A high-quality penetrating oil stain or premium exterior solid-color stain will be used as a 'finish'. All cedar will be sealed before assembly. Cut ends of pressure-treated lumber will be treated with copper naphthenate preservative. Landscaping will consist of a continuous planting bed with climbing roses, clematis, or jasmine as companion vines. Rectangular planters will be mounted on top with geraniums or other annuals per photo. Planters may also be mounted on the intermediate rails. Climbing evergreen plantings may be installed. A drip irrigation line may be used beneath the mulch.
