Announce platform: 12 x12 . Start line towers installed at the designated starting zone. Medical Tents: Finish Medical Tent 1: 10 x20 . Main Medical Center: 30 x60 tent and 10 x20 tent, with power supplied by the 20kw generator. Restrooms: Deployment of 65 restroom units, including: 60 standard toilets, 5 ADA-compliant toilets, 1 toilet trailer, and 5 handwash stations. Restroom clusters are distributed per the site plan. Food & Beverage Zones: Setup of a 60 x275 beer garden, FitVine Celebration Zone, catering areas, ID check zones, and food trucks. Lighting & Heating: Placement of six (6) light towers (#1 through #6) and patio heaters as per the site plan for safety and comfort. Event Fencing & Logistics: Installation of 4 and 6 fencing, as indicated in the diagrams. Dedicated areas for merchandise, UPS gear pick-up, and garbage compactor operations.
