Mesa Development Services permit PMT24-04598, opened Mar 12, 2024 for 2425 S Dobson Rd: commercial or industrial projects. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of restroom finishes, toilet accessories, and plumbing fixtures. Also included in the scope is exterior facade improvements at the restroom and conference room entrances. Sanitary sewer line from meeting room sink to restrooms to be removed and replaced. Also plumbing improvements to the restroom wet wall. Electrical improvements to lighting fixtures will be required. No changes to mechanical or fire protection systems.
