SCOPE OF WORK: ---------EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ------- - Exterior demolition of existing cmu wall infills for installation of new overhead sectional door and new hollow metal man door - Removal of existing metal stair and canopy - Installation of new metal stair and canopy at new location - Relocation of existing trash compactor to area next to existing dumpsters - Installation of new exterior platform for easier access to dumpsters and relocated trash compactor ------ LEVEL II INTERIOR ALTERATIONS ---------- - Phased demolition of select interior walls, ceilings, and associated fixtures. - Installation of new partitions for revised plan layout ---------- TRADES -------- - Reconfiguration of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection equipment and fixtures to work with new plan layout - Removal and storage of existing warehouse equipment (racking, shelving system, workstations, worktables, etc.) - Installation of new equipment and reinstallation of existing equipment in new layout AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE.
