The Phase 01 project includes the first half of the trail, and park space planned for the Westport Waterfront, for which an SPRC Master Plan (2025-022) and BCNR Master Plan (11780) have been submitted. In addition, Phase 01 plans have been submitted to SPRC (2025-041) and BCNR (11936). The waterfront trail is adjacent and connects to development projects that are under construction and done by others. The project is adjacent to a proposed development that is currently being constructed under the following permits: Developer's Agreement (1808A), Grading Permit (COM2023-00086 / ePlans # 2023-69), and BCNR (10021). The project has limited impact within the right-of-way aside from utility connections at Kloman St, which was recently realigned under the following permit: Developer s Agreement (1808).
