All demolition activities shall be performed in strict accordance with the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and the Baltimore City Building, Fire, and Safety Codes, as well as all applicable OSHA regulations. Proper disposal of all debris and waste materials shall be carried out in compliance with Baltimore City Department of Public Works requirements. Adjacent areas and systems to remain shall be fully protected throughout demolition operations to prevent dust migration, vibration damage, or disruption to occupied areas of the building.
