Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD. Retrofit existing marquee structures with new digital LED display systems while maintaining and reusing the existing perimeter bulb border cabinets, support framing, hanging rods, attachment plates, and select structural components. Install: Two (2) new outdoor-rated 6.67mm SMD LED digital marquee displays Each marquee display measures approximately 20 -5 11/16 W x 3 -1 13/16 H Total display area per side: approximately 64.6 sq. ft. Total combined display area: approximately 129.2 sq. ft. Digital Display Components: Twelve (12) LED display cabinets total o Six (6) LED cabinets per marquee Integrated steel Unistrut support framing: o Four (4) horizontal Unistruts per marquee o Six (6) vertical Unistruts per marquee Ten (10) aluminum mounting angles total o Five (5) mounting angles per marquee Aluminum filler panels painted satin/matte black to infill perimeter gaps around displays Electrical Work Includes: Installation of two (2) NEMA enclosures for surge suppression equipment Installation of required disconnect switches and liquid-tight conduit Connection to owner-provided 120V power circuits Total electrical load: 6,830 watts / 57.42 amps maximum Five (5) dedicated 20A / 120V circuits for displays One (1) additional 20A / 120V circuit for head-end equipment Low Voltage/Data: Install CAT6 signal/data cabling between IDF room and both marquee displays Install required digital display control equipment and media player components Exisiting conditions: Existing marquee cabinets, perimeter bulb lighting, hanging rods, attachment plates, and primary structural framing to remain and be reused where noted. No expansion of existing sign footprint. No changes to building structure beyond attachment of retrofit mounting components to existing marquee framing. Approximate Weight: Left marquee retrofit assembly: 480 lbs. Right marquee retrofit assembly: 480 lbs. As per plans as per code.
