Chrome pendent sprinklers will be installed in the ACT ceiling, and upright sprinklers will be installed above and throughout the remaining space to maintain proper coverage. All heads will be spaced for light hazard occupancy, not to exceed 225 sq. ft. per head. On the second floor (approximately 700 sq. ft.), BFPE will be relocating existing pendent sprinklers in the observation room and art therapy lab as required to maintain proper coverage. The largest pipe size affected will be based on existing conditions, and BFPE will follow the existing pipe schedule on site.
