However, other condensing units set back from the parking lot and not directly in public view were still accessible to the public who could potentially damage the condensing units. At the request of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, it was requested to extend the existing fence to enclose the area containing all the condensing units. Additionally, it was requested to provide a fence to the top of the concrete wall by the condensing unit, as the public can access the condensing units by walking around the concrete wall and jumping down to the units SCOPE OF WORK: ------ FENCE ---- - The fence shall include a gate with a keyed lock and panic bar hardware so access into the space is controlled, and emergency egress maintained. - a fence to the top of the concrete wall by the condensing unit AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE.
